With its unique positive-feedback scheme, PHILL allows you to actuate and track the frequency of your NEMS and MEMS resonators without losing the lock or having to set PID parameters making the system robust and easy to use.

PHILL communicates with your spectrometer so that you can obtain your NEMS-FTIR spectrum directly in your spectrometer software.

PHILL allows for data visualization and processing in stand-alone systems and will provide you directly with the FTIR spectrum of your sampled analytes.
